The Sabarmati International Contemporary Arts Festival of Ahmedabad presents Food Stories curated by Chef Rahul Bhale. Envisioned as a culinary experience this food festival will map unique palettes selected from across the country. The curated cuisines include the chef’s take on traditional delights from the Kerela, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, the Konkan coast, Amritsar to Delhi, Pahadi Rasoi, Dangi Thali, Bengali cuisine and a Millet and Vegan food section. Join us at SICAFA, Ahmedabad University, for an immersive journey through taste, culture, and culinary artistry.
